Refund Policy for Johnny Throws Ltd.

At Johnny Throws Ltd we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for bookings made through our website. Please carefully read the following information regarding our refund process:

Refund Eligibility:
a. If you contact us to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, we will provide a 100% refund of the booking amount.
b. If you contact us to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, we will provide a 50% refund of the booking amount.
c. If you cancel your booking 24 hours or less before the scheduled date and time, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Procedure:
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team directly. You can reach us by phone at 01492 702000 or via email at bookings@johnnythrows.com. Please provide your booking details, including the date and time, along with your cancellation request.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will verify the eligibility based on the provided timeframe. If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 2 working days. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Situations:
In certain circumstances, refunds may not be granted, including but not limited to:
a. Failure to adhere to the cancellation notice period mentioned above.
b. If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation.
c. If the cancellation request does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

Exceptions:
Johnny Throws Ltd. reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the company and may require additional documentation or evidence to support the refund request.

Modifications to Bookings:
If you need to modify your booking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the modification, it may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the refund terms mentioned above.
